Coaching

Everyone expects you to have the answers. But who do you turn to when you don’t?

Each coaching engagement is built around your context, your goals, and what you’re navigating right now. Whether you’re leading a team, scaling a business, returning to work after having a baby, or working out what the next chapter looks like, I provide the trusted space to think it through properly.

Founder Coaching

For founders building something for the first time, or working out what’s next after the exit.

Building & Scaling

You’re building something you’ve never built before. Everyone expects you to have the answers, about product, team, fundraising, scaling, but you’re figuring it out as you go.

I’m your independent sounding board. The person outside your team, your investors, your co-founders, where you can say what you’re actually thinking and be challenged without judgment.

Common focus areas:

  • Making high-stakes decisions with confidence
  • Navigating co-founder or team dynamics
  • Scaling your leadership as the company grows
  • Managing funding pressure and stakeholder expectations
  • Working out if you’re the right person to take it to the next level
Post-Exit Transition

You’ve sold your business. The deal is done. And now you’re asking: what now?

You’ve spent years building something with urgency and purpose. Now there’s space, and it can feel unsettling. Who are you when you’re not the founder anymore? What do you want to do with the next 10, 20, 30 years?

I help post-exit founders navigate this transition with clarity and confidence, working out what’s next in a way that feels genuinely yours, not just filling time.

How it works

Sessions are 1:1, typically 60 minutes, in person or online. I work with founders on a monthly basis or through short-term intensive programmes during periods of high growth or transition.

Leadership & Transition Coaching

For senior leaders and professionals stepping into something new.

The more senior your role, the harder it is to find space to reflect, and the less likely you are to get honest, constructive feedback. People look to you for clarity, direction, and decisions. But who supports you in doing that well, and sustainably?

Executive & Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching offers a dedicated space to think about your leadership – not just the outcomes you’re driving, but how you’re showing up, where you’re being stretched, and what’s getting in your way.

Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and where things need to shift – including the patterns, assumptions, and habits that might be holding you back.

Common focus areas:

  • Navigating tough decisions with clarity
  • Managing relationships and influence differently
  • Finding a better rhythm between ambition and wellbeing
  • Building confidence and leadership presence
  • Leading in a way that feels more intentional and aligned
Transition Coaching for New Roles

The first 90 days in a new role are critical. That’s when trust is built, first impressions are made, and your leadership presence starts to take shape.

You might be coming from a role where you were confident and established, and now you’re in unfamiliar territory, with more responsibility and higher expectations. That shift can feel energising and unsettling.

Coaching gives you a confidential space to process, plan, and focus on what matters.

We’ll work together to:

  • Define your goals and priorities in the new role
  • Explore what’s holding you back (if anything is)
  • Build your confidence and leadership presence
  • Navigate relationships, culture, and expectations with more ease

This isn’t about having all the answers on day one. It’s about making the transition well, in a way that’s sustainable, intentional, and true to you.

How it works

I typically work with clients on a monthly basis, with sessions lasting around 60 minutes. This gives space to reflect between sessions while keeping momentum. If you need more frequent support during a transition or period of growth, we can adjust the pace.

Redundancy & Career Transition Coaching

For professionals navigating redundancy and working out what comes next.

Redundancy, whether you saw it coming or not, can feel destabilizing.

If you have time and space (perhaps a decent package or savings), this is an opportunity to think properly about what you want next, not just react and take the first thing that comes along.

If you need to move quickly, we can work together in a focused way to help you clarify your value, target the right opportunities, and approach your search with confidence and strategy, not just scattergun applications.

Either way, I help you navigate this transition, working out what you actually want while managing the practical realities.

Common focus areas:
  • Processing the emotional impact and rebuilding confidence quickly
  • Working out what you actually want, balanced with what’s realistic right now
  • Clarifying your value and positioning yourself effectively
  • Deciding whether to stay in your sector or explore new options
  • Preparing for interviews and applications with clarity and confidence
  • Managing the financial and practical realities while staying strategic
  • For those with more time: exploring whether to look for another role, start something, or pivot entirely

This isn’t about rushing into the next thing. It’s about making a choice that feels genuinely yours, whether you have three months or three weeks.

How it works

Sessions are 1:1, in person or online, typically 60 minutes. We can work on a short-term intensive basis (4-6 sessions over 2-3 months) or on an ongoing monthly basis depending on what you need. Some clients need immediate support to process and plan; others prefer regular space to think as they navigate the transition.

Life Transition Coaching

For people navigating major life changes, when something’s shifted and you’re working out what comes next.

Empty nest. Thinking about retirement in 10-15 years. A parent going into care. Navigating (peri)menopause, when brain fog and physical changes mean you need to work differently. A relationship ending. Questioning whether this is really what you want to be doing for the last chapter of your career.

These aren’t small questions. And you don’t need someone telling you what to do.

You need space to work it out. To say what you’re actually thinking (not the edited version). To untangle what you want from what everyone else expects. To see what’s possible when you stop for a minute and think properly.

I work with people through these transitions, helping you build the confidence to work out what matters now, not what mattered ten years ago or what you think you should want. We work out what’s actually true for you today, and then we build something that feels genuinely yours.

Common focus areas:
  • Making sense of who you are in this new chapter
  • Navigating (peri)menopause, adapting how you work when brain fog and physical changes shift what’s possible, and working out strategies that work for you now
  • Working out what you actually want to do with the next 10, 15, 20 years
  • Managing the emotional weight of caring for aging parents
  • Rebuilding confidence and identity after a relationship ends
  • Planning the last chapter of your career with intention and clarity
  • Finding purpose and direction when the kids have left
  • Making decisions about where to live, what to prioritise, how to spend your time
How it works:

Sessions are 1:1, in person or online, typically 60-90 minutes. We can work on a one-off basis, monthly, or through a tailored programme depending on what you need.

Career development coaching

For ambitious professionals who want to stretch further, perform better, and feel more in control.

You might be thriving on paper, but feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear behind the scenes. Career development coaching gives you a space to pause, reflect, and unlock what’s next. I work with ambitious individuals looking for clarity, confidence, and accountability.

Common focus areas:
  • Building confidence and presence
  • Getting unstuck and finding momentum
  • Managing time and energy more effectively
  • Developing stronger communication and influence
  • Moving towards promotion or a new challenge
  • Mananging conflict or challenging relationships
How it works:

Sessions are 1:1 and tailored to your goals , in person or online. I offer flexible packages – single sessions, monthly coaching, or short-term intensives. It’s tailored to what works best for you.

Maternity & return-to-work coaching

Support for parents navigating big transitions – whether it’s your first baby or your third.

Balancing ambition with family life can feel impossible. I offer maternity and return-to-work coaching that’s practical, personal, and non-judgemental. Whether you’re preparing for leave, planning your return, or navigating life with two (or more), I help you find clarity and confidence in this new chapter. As a mum of two, and having run a business giving seminars on the practicalities of life with two children, and baby care for over 10 years, I can help guide discussions with the benefit of experience.

Common focus areas:
  • Planning maternity leave with your career in mind
  • Preparing emotionally and practically for your return
  • Managing expectations (yours and others’)
  • Building routines and setting boundaries
  • Reclaiming your confidence and sense of self
How it works:
  • Sessions are 1:1 , in person or online
  • Maternity coaching is typically offered in a series of 60–90 minute sessions and is fully tailored to your needs. It often includes:
  • Pre-leave Coaching: Preparing practically and emotionally for leave, planning transitions, and setting intentions.
  • During Leave: Staying connected (if desired) through light-touch support or KIT day planning.
  • Post-return Coaching: Managing the return to work with confidence, balancing responsibilities, and focusing on your long-term growth.
