About me
I’m an EMCC-accredited coach with a background in finance (ICAEW-qualified) and 20+ years across corporate strategy, venture capital, and running my own business. I’ve coached founders through high-stakes decisions as they scale something for the first time, leaders stepping into new roles, and professionals navigating career changes, restructures, and life transitions.
My edge? I bring commercial grounding and real-world experience. I’m easy to talk to, and people open up because there’s no judgment, just honest conversation that challenges your thinking. For founders, I’m the independent sounding board you need when everyone else expects you to have all the answers. For leaders and professionals, I provide trusted space to work through what’s next.
