I wasn’t always a coach. But I’ve always been the person people come to when they need to think something through properly.
I’m an EMCC-accredited coach with a background in finance (ICAEW Chartered Accountant) and 20+ years navigating the messy reality of corporate strategy, start-ups, small business ownership, and raising two kids while building something of my own.
I’ve worked in roles where clarity and commercial focus were non-negotiable – Sainsbury’s, venture capital, running The Baby Care Company where I trained new parents at Goldman Sachs and Société Générale. I’ve coached founders scaling VC-backed businesses, leaders stepping into bigger roles, and professionals trying to hold it all together while working out what’s next.
Here’s what I’ve learnt : You don’t need someone to fix you or tell you what to do. You need space to think out loud without judgment. You need someone who understands the commercial realities, the people dynamics, and the pressure to have all the answers when you’re still working it out yourself.
That’s where I come in.
I bring challenge, focus, and honest conversation. I ask the questions that make you pause and think differently, not because I have the answers, but because you do, and sometimes you just need the right space to find them.
My broad experience across finance, retail, venture capital, and building a business while raising a family means I understand the terminology, the dynamics, and what it actually feels like when work and life are pulling in different directions.
I create a space where you can say what you’re actually thinking (the unedited version), and I’ll challenge you at the level you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
